Returns Policy
To begin the return process, email us at hello@blackfeatherdancewear.co.uk for prior authorisation.
Please note: Items sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (45 days for international orders).
• Items must be in resaleable condition with original packaging, labels, and all accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
• Pre-loved and sale items
• Revolution Special Order Costumes
• Dropship and Made-To-Order (MTO) items
• Hats, wigs, hair accessories, and foot accessories
• Face masks
• Items with marked or damaged packaging or labels
• Underwear and toiletries, including makeup and brushes, for hygiene reasons
• Worn or washed items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please allow up to 28 days for your return to be processed after receipt.
International Returns
• Ensure all items are clearly marked as ‘Goods being returned to the UK.’
• Any customs charges incurred due to incorrect marking will be deducted from your refund.
• For further assistance reclaiming customs fees, contact your local customs authority.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@blackfeatherdancewear.co.uk with:
1. Photos of the item
2. Your order number
3. The item code
We’ll arrange a replacement and provide return instructions.
